In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health’s Emergency Operations Center confirmed in a statement that the Israeli strike resulted in the killing of one citizen. Earlier on Saturday evening, reports indicated movements of Israeli military vehicles near a newly established post on Jabal Al-Bat, close to the town of 'Aytaroun, accompanied by low-altitude flights of quadcopter drones over the area. Southern Lebanon has experienced continuous Israeli escalation in recent weeks, including near-daily air and artillery strikes, alongside frequent drone flights over the region extending to the Litani River. M.N. *** Lebanon: One person killed in Israeli drone attack Sunday 9-November-2025 BEIRUT, (PIC) A Lebanese citizen was killed on Sunday following an Israeli drone strike targeting a vehicle in the town of Houmeen El-Fawqa, in southern Lebanon. According to Lebanese sources, the Israeli drone launched two missiles at the vehicle, completely destroying and setting it ablaze, resulting in the killing of one of its passengers. Earlier on Sunday, another individual was killed after an Israeli airstrike targeted a vehicle near the towns of El-Sawani and Khirbet Selm in the south, where three missiles were fired. Israel continues to violate the ceasefire agreement with Hezbollah, carrying out repeated air raids across various areas in southern and eastern Lebanon under the pretext of targeting weapons depots, infrastructure, and Hezbollah positions, while maintaining control over five occupied hilltops since the last war. Israel began its offensive on Lebanon in October 2023, which escalated into a full-scale war by September 2024, leaving 4,000 killed and around 17,000 injured. A ceasefire agreement was eventually reached in November 2024. *** Reports of repression against Palestinian detainees in Gilad section of Ofer prison RAMALLAH, November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs reported on Sunday that Palestinian prisoners in the Gilad section of the Israeli Ofer prison are being subjected to daily repression by Israeli prison authorities, including constant raids and tight restrictions on all aspects of their lives. A lawyer from the commission stated that the section houses around 100 to 120 prisoners distributed across 12 rooms, with approximately 16 prisoners per room. The prisoners suffer from severe shortages of clothing and hygiene supplies, as shirts and undergarments are replaced only once a week, while pants are changed only if torn, forcing many to wear the same trousers for months. Prisoners reportedly bathe daily with cold water outside the rooms, using dishwashing liquid instead of shampoo. Food is reportedly limited mostly to bread and yogurt, with tuna or sausages provided only once a week. Sleeping conditions are harsh, as thin mattresses cover metal beds, prompting some prisoners to sleep on the floor due to limited space. Each prisoner receives only one blanket and one towel, which are rarely replaced and often unclean. Prisoners also endure cold temperatures due to open iron windows that let in wind and rain. Daily raids and punishments are carried out for trivial or unclear reasons, such as standing near a window or praying in a group. The commission reported that the prison administration punishes prisoners through isolation, beatings, and electric shocks, citing cases including prisoners Mu'hammed El-Qadhi and 'Ali Abu 'Atiya. Prisoner Shaikh Jamal El-Taweel was reportedly sprayed with gas for refusing to address an officer with the Hebrew word for “thank you.” Additionally, prisoners are forced to kneel during roll calls conducted four times daily, are prohibited from sleeping after 6 a.m., or staying awake at night, and are handcuffed, foot-cuffed, and blindfolded during visits, often being forced to walk with heads bowed toward the ground. M.N. *** Palestinian prisoners in Ofer suffer from cold, hunger, and daily torture Sunday 9-November-2025 RAMALLAH, (PIC) The Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs revealed the worsening suffering of Palestinian prisoners held in the Gilad camp inside Ofer Prison, amid ongoing daily raids and the imposition of harsh restrictive measures affecting every detail of their lives. In a statement issued on Sunday, the Commission’s lawyer said that the camp houses between 100 and 120 prisoners distributed across 12 rooms, each containing around 16 detainees. She noted that the prisoners suffer from an acute shortage of clothing and hygiene supplies; shirts and underwear are replaced only once a week, while trousers are changed only if they are torn, forcing many prisoners to wear the same pants for months. She added that the prisoners are forced to shower daily in cold water and in open areas outside their rooms, using dish soap instead of shampoo, during the two “recreation” periods in the morning and evening, each lasting no more than twenty minutes. As for food, the prisoners explained that their meals mostly consist of bread and yogurt, while tuna or sausages are served only once a week. According to the Commission’s report, sleeping conditions are extremely harsh: the metal beds (bunks) are covered with very thin mattresses, forcing some prisoners to sleep on the floor due to the lack of space inside the rooms. Each prisoner receives only one blanket and a towel that is changed only after several weeks, and is often dirty. The prisoners pointed out that the cold weather inside the camp worsens their suffering, as the open iron windows allow air and rain to enter. They confirmed that daily raids and punishments occur for “trivial or baseless reasons,” such as standing near the windows or praying in congregation. The report said that prison authorities resort to punishment through isolation, beatings, or electric shocks, as happened to prisoners Mu'hammed El-Qadhi from El-Jalazoan refugee camp and 'Ali Abu 'Atiya from Baitounya. Shaikh Jamal El-Taweel was also sprayed with gas after he refused to address an officer with the Hebrew word “Toda” (thank you). The prisoners further reported that they are forced to kneel during the four daily roll calls and are forbidden from sleeping after 6 a.m. or staying awake late at night. They are also shackled by their hands and feet, blindfolded during visits, and forced to walk with their heads bowed toward the ground. The Commission affirmed that these practices constitute a blatant violation of the most basic humanitarian standards and the Geneva Conventions, warning of the rapidly deteriorating conditions of the prisoners inside Israeli prisons. *** Gaza Health Director: Cancer and chronic disease patients face the risk of death Sunday 9-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Cancer and chronic disease patients in the Gaza Strip are facing catastrophic health conditions, fighting a harsh battle to stay alive amid severe shortages of medicines and medical supplies, and the destruction of the health sector’s infrastructure as a result of the Israeli attacks. According to data from the Government Media Office (GMO) in Gaza, around 12,500 cancer patients are at risk of death due to the depletion of 64% of oncology medications, in addition to the lack of early diagnosis and follow-up equipment. The GMO also reported that 350,000 patients suffering from chronic illnesses are living in dangerous conditions, while 22,000 patients require urgent medical referrals abroad. In his remarks during the segment “A Humanitarian Window from Gaza,” the Director-General of the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Dr. Muneer El-Bursh, said that the shortage rate of medications has exceeded 56%, including 65% of the medical supplies needed for cancer and chronic disease patients. He added that the number of chronic disease patients in Gaza City alone is around 350,000, all of whom need uninterrupted treatment. El-Bursh noted that the Israeli occupation recently allowed the entry of around 60 trucks carrying “non-essential” medical supplies, which represent only 10% of the Ministry’s actual needs. He stressed that these limited quantities are far from sufficient to meet patients’ needs or to address the severe shortage of vital cancer medications required under treatment protocols. He further explained that the destruction of the Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital, the only hospital in Gaza specialized in treating cancer patients, was a devastating blow to the health system, emphasizing that the shortage of medicines is among the most dangerous indicators of the overall collapse of the healthcare sector. In testimonies featured in “A Humanitarian Window from Gaza,” several patients described their daily suffering without access to treatment. Among them was Mohammed Kamal Abu Hadi, a child suffering from cerebral palsy and leukemia for seven years, who used to receive treatment at El-Ranteesi Hospital before it was halted due to the war, causing his condition to deteriorate. Another patient suffering from kidney failure and prostate cancer said he used to undergo four-hour dialysis sessions daily before the war, but they have now been reduced to just one hour, leading to a severe decline in his health. Dr. El-Bursh concluded by affirming that the occupation has destroyed health databases, hospitals, and medical centers, committing what he described as a “complete health genocide,” leaving patients to face slow death amid the lack of medicine, a basic human right guaranteed by international law. *** Health Minister announces resumption of child vaccination campaign in Gaza RAMALLAH, November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – Minister of Health Majid Abu Ramadhan announced on Sunday the resumption of the child vaccination campaign in the Gaza Strip, aimed at reinforcing the national program for children under the age of three and ensuring they receive essential doses according to the national schedule. Abu Ramadan stressed that despite the difficult humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip, the Ministry remains committed to protecting Palestinian children and safeguarding their health and well-being. He urged the public to fully cooperate with health teams to ensure the success of the campaign. The campaign is being implemented under the supervision of the Ministry of Health in partnership with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, with support from UNICEF and the World Health Organization. Vaccinations are being provided through 150 health centers affiliated with the Ministry of Health, UNRWA, and the Red Crescent, in addition to local and international organizations operating across the Gaza governorates. The campaign will run for ten days in three phases, spaced one month apart, to ensure that all children who have missed basic vaccinations in the past are reached. The Health Ministry called on parents in Gaza to bring their children to approved vaccination centers to complete their doses, emphasizing that vaccination is the first and most important line of defense against serious diseases and epidemics. This campaign follows previous child vaccination efforts carried out by the Ministry in cooperation with partners, including polio vaccination campaigns and initiatives targeting Palestinian children in Egypt, coordinated with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, alongside the Palestinian Embassy in Cairo. M.N. *** ****** Death toll in Gaza rises to 69,176 since start of Israeli aggression GAZA, November 9, 2025 (WAFA, Anadolu) – The death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 69,176, the majority of them children and women, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023, medical sources announced on Sunday. Local health authorities reported that the total number of injuries has also climbed to 170,690, while many victims remain trapped under the rubble, as ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them. According to the same sources, during the past 24 hours, the bodies of seven victims—one newly killed and six recovered from under the debris—arrived at hospitals across Gaza, in addition to five injured individuals. Five injured individuals were also admitted during the same period. Since the ceasefire agreement on October 11, 2025, 241 Palestinians have been killed and 619 injured by Israeli forces, while 528 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble. M.N. *** Palestinian killed in Israeli airstrike in Bani Suhayla, southern Gaza GAZA, November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was killed on Sunday morning in an Israeli airstrike targeting the town of Bani Suhayla, east of Khan Younus, in the southern Gaza Strip, according to local sources. The Israeli occupation continues to violate the ceasefire agreement, which has been in place since October 11. Meanwhile, Israeli warships continue shelling areas near the Gaza seaport and the eastern regions of Rafa'h. Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect, at least 242 Palestinians have been killed and approximately 614 injured by Israeli occupation forces. A total of 522 bodies have been recovered, while 300 bodies have been handed over by Israeli forces, of which only 89 were identified so far. The total casualties of the Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023, have reached 69,169, the majority of whom are children and women, with 170,685 injured, according to local health authorities. Many victims remain trapped under the rubble. M.N. *** Palestinian killed in Khan Younus as Israeli army escalates ceasefire violations across Gaza Sunday 9-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) One Palestinian citizen was martyred in a drone strike in eastern Khan Younus on Sunday as the Israeli occupation army continued to commit ceasefire violations in different areas of the Gaza Strip, mainly in the east. According to local sources, an Israeli drone bombed Bani Suhayla area, east of Khan Younus, killing one citizen. Meanwhile, the Israeli army detonated several buildings and homes and carried out artillery shelling in the eastern areas of Gaza at dawn. Israeli army vehicles also opened heavy fire towards the eastern parts of Gaza City’s El-Shuja’iya neighborhood. Eyewitnesses reported intermittent shelling and gunfire from army vehicles stationed on Gaza City’s eastern outskirts, sparking panic among residents, though no casualties were reported at the time. Israeli helicopters also launched a gunfire attack on the northeast of El-Buraij refugee camp in central Gaza. In the central region, Israeli forces detonated several residential buildings, completely destroying them. Local sources described the explosions as violent, causing widespread devastation and panic. Rescue teams continue searching for possible victims beneath the rubble. The town of El-Musaddar in central Gaza also came under Israeli artillery fire. *** Unexploded Israeli ordnance kills second child in less than 24 hours Sunday 9-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) A second Palestinian child was killed in the Gaza Strip after an unexploded ordnance left behind by the Israeli army detonated, medical sources said on Sunday. Nasir Medical Complex confirmed that a child was killed due to the explosion of an object left behind by the Israeli occupation forces in the city of Khan Younus, southern Gaza Strip. Another child was also reportedly killed on Saturday evening after an explosive remnant of war detonated near the 'Hamad City area in northwestern Khan Younus. The Rapid Response Directorate in Gaza had previously warned, last Wednesday, that unexploded munitions used by the Israeli army during attacks on Gaza continue to pose a grave threat to Palestinians. Although a ceasefire has halted active hostilities, remnants of the war left by Israeli forces are still claiming lives. According to Palestinian center for human rights’ data, 20,000 unexploded shells and rockets remain scattered across Gaza. It also noted that the entry of equipment for demining operations has not been permitted. Gaza, now resembling an open minefield, poses particular danger to children who are the most vulnerable group because they are often unaware of the deadly risks the munitions pose. *** Unexploded Israeli ordnance claims life of Palestinian child in Gaza Sunday 9-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) A child from El-Astal family was killed Saturday evening in Khan Younus, southern Gaza, after an unexploded bomb left behind by the Israeli occupation army detonated near him. Medical officials at Nasir Hospital confirmed the child succumbed to critical wounds sustained in the blast. Thousands of unexploded munitions used by the Israeli army during attacks on Gaza continue to pose a grave threat to Palestinians. The ceasefire may have stopped active fighting, but unexploded ordnance left behind by Israeli forces continues to claim civilian lives. Recently, Handicap International warned that unexploded ordnance in Gaza poses “enormous” risks for the displaced people returning home during the ceasefire, calling for the entry of equipment needed for demining and defusing bombs. In another context, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has said that hundreds of thousands of displaced families in the Gaza Strip are facing the onset of winter without adequate shelter or basic protection from cold and rain. OCHA said that only four percent of Gaza’s agricultural land remains accessible and cultivable due to widespread destruction from Israeli attacks, further increasing the risk of hunger. *** Health Ministry: Gaza records world’s highest rate of limb amputations among children November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – The Ministry of Health stated that the Gaza Strip currently records the highest rate of limb amputations among children worldwide in proportion to its population. According to a World Health Organization (WHO) report issued in early October, more than 5,000 individuals have undergone amputations during the Israeli aggression on the Strip. The Ministry announced plans to launch an international fundraising and mobilization campaign to support a special fund for the rehabilitation of amputees. The initiative also aims to rebuild Gaza’s rehabilitation system to achieve sustainable recovery. This initiative follows a recently released joint report that revealed an unprecedented collapse in rehabilitation services across the Strip, resulting from the extensive destruction of health infrastructure and the sharp increase in injuries caused by the Israeli aggression. According to the report, the number of injured has exceeded 170,000 by September 2025, with at least a quarter expected to require medium- and long-term rehabilitation care. The data show that Gaza now records the highest rate of limb amputations among children worldwide in proportion to its population, reflecting the scale of the health and humanitarian catastrophe in the Strip. T.R. *** Journalists Syndicate: Occupation killed 44 Palestinian journalists inside displacement tents in Gaza RAMALLAH, November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation army has killed 44 Palestinian journalists inside displacement tents in the Gaza Strip, among a total of 254 media workers killed since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Strip in October 2023 through the end of October 2025, according to documentation by the Freedoms Committee of the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate. The Freedoms Committee report examined the incidents and consequences of the targeting and killing of 44 Palestinian journalists inside displacement tents during the Israeli aggression on Gaza. The findings are based on verified data and documented events, including the shelling of journalists’ tents near hospitals and UNRWA shelters, as well as direct sniper fire in displacement areas. The report highlighted that the Palestinian media sector has faced a series of systematic attacks targeting its infrastructure, including the destruction of offices and media institutions, the targeting of journalists in their homes and bedrooms, and the killing of journalists inside their temporary tents, which they were forced to use following their forced displacement. These tents, set up near hospitals and schools, were considered the last safe havens for journalists. The report confirmed that targeting civilian journalists constitutes a war crime under Article 79 of the First Additional Protocol to the Geneva Conventions. It further stated that attacks on displacement tents near hospitals and schools constitute a grave violation of the protection afforded to humanitarian zones, noting that no military activity was present in the targeted tents, thereby nullifying any justification of “erroneous” targeting. The report highlighted that the use of highly precise weapons and the targeting of areas densely populated with journalists and displaced persons demonstrate deliberate intent, with objectives extending beyond killing individuals to silencing witnesses and undermining the capacity for documentation. The report called for the establishment of an independent international commission to investigate the deliberate targeting of journalists, the activation of International Criminal Court mechanisms to examine war crimes against them, and the internal protection of journalists through the creation of safe corridors and secure displacement sites. It also urged engagement with international organizations, including UNESCO and the International Federation of Journalists, to provide urgent support and protection, as well as comprehensive documentation of all cases in a legal database accessible for judicial proceedings. T.R. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Young man shot near separation wall north of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Sunday 9-November-2025 El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) A young Palestinian man was shot by Israeli forces on Sunday afternoon after allegedly attempting to cross the apartheid wall in the Al-Bareed neighborhood of Al-Ram town, north of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that its medical teams treated a 21-year-old man who had been shot in the chest with live ammunition. Israeli forces routinely fire live bullets at Palestinians attempting to cross the separation wall to reach their workplaces in Israel. In Ramallah and El-Beereh governorate, Israeli forces stormed the village of Umm Safa, searched homes, vandalized property, set up military checkpoints, and stopped residents to inspect IDs. In Shuqba village, west of Ramallah, the Israeli forces fired heavy tear gas bombs and shut down several shops. The Israeli troops also stormed the town of 'Illar, north of Tulkarem, with military vehicles firing stun grenades and tear gas in residential areas. In Qalqilya governorate, violent clashes erupted on the outskirts of Kafr Qaddoum after settlers attempted to approach Palestinian homes. Youths confronted them with stones, and Israeli forces responded with live bullets, rubber-coated steel rounds, and tear gas, resulting in multiple injuries and suffocation cases among residents. Since the beginning of the Israeli genocidal war in Gaza, Israeli forces and settlers have intensified their assaults across the West Bank, killing 1,062 Palestinians and injuring over 10,000 others. More than 20,000 people were also arrested during the same reported period, including 1,600 children, according to Palestinian sources. Israeli forces have continued their incursions into several towns and cities in the West Bank on daily basis, accompanied by live fire and attacks on civilians, causing injuries and property damage. *** Palestinian martyred, others kidnaped during IOF raids in the West Bank Sunday 9-November-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) A Palestinian young man was shot and killed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) on Saturday evening during a raid in El-Fari’ah refugee camp, south of Toubas in the northern West Bank. The Palestinian Ministry of Health initially described his condition as critical before later confirming his death. The martyr was identified as 26-year-old 'Abdul-Ra'hman Darawsha. The Israeli army claimed the young man attempted to attack its forces, prompting them to open fire and kill him. The Red Crescent reported that its paramedics transferred the young man to Tubas Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead. Earlier, Israeli forces had stormed the camp, spread at its entrances and obstructed traffic on the main road. Meanwhile, the IOFs carried out a series of raids in different West Bank areas, where they reportedly raided homes and kidnapped a number of citizens. In Qalqilya, the IOFs kidnapped two citizens and assaulted one of them during a raid in Kafr Qaddoum town. In Jineen, a 13-year-old child was assaulted and taken prisoner during an IOFs raid in Ya’bad town. In Nablus, the IOFs kidnapped two young men from their homes in El-'Ain refugee camp and two others, a father and his son, from Urif town. The IOFs also stormed other West Bank areas and raided homes on Saturday evening, with no reported kidnappings. *** Israeli occupation forces injure Palestinian in El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), settlers attack West Bank areas Sunday 9-November-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) A Palestinian was injured on Saturday evening when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) opened fire at him in northern El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) while settlers attacked Palestinian homes and property in the West Bank on the same day. The Palestinian health ministry said that a person with a minor gunshot wound from the town of El-Ram, north of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), was admitted to Palestine Hospital. Local sources told Anadolu news agency that the wounded citizen was a young man, without providing further details. In the northern West Bank, local sources reported that Israeli forces and settlers seized two municipal garbage trucks belonging to the town of 'Aqraba, south of Nablus. The sources added that the forces also briefly detained the town’s mayor, Salah Jaber, and his deputy, whose name was not disclosed, before releasing them. In Jenin, a horde of settlers guarded by soldiers stormed Raba village and attacked its homes and agricultural property. In the town of Silat El-'Harithiya, west of Jenin, Israeli soldiers raided the area surrounding the local school and assaulted and chased several children who were playing nearby. No arrests have been reported. In the northern Jordan Valley, settlers stormed Palestinian Bedouin communities in Makhoul, Samra, and nearby areas on Saturday, sparking panic among families. *** Israeli occupation forces raid Ramallah-area village, kidnap youths and raids shops RAMALLAH, November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces continued their military raid on the village of Umm Safa, north of Ramallah, since early Sunday afternoon, amid repressive measures that included detaining and interrogating several young men and raiding shops in the village center. Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli forces were heavily deployed throughout the village, with soldiers stopping youths, checking their identification, and subjecting some to field interrogations. The Israeli occupation forces also raided several shops in the village, conducting thorough searches, and imposed strict restrictions on the movement of citizens and their vehicles, disrupting daily life in the village. These incursions come amid escalating Israeli violations against villages and towns north of Ramallah, including closures, the establishment of checkpoints, military raids, and detentions, as part of a policy aimed at pressuring and restricting the local population. T.R. *** 442 Palestinians kidnapped by Israel in October, including women and children RAMALLAH, November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained 442 Palestinians from across the occupied West Bank, including El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), during October 2025, according to Palestinian prisoners' institutions. Among those detained were three women and 33 children. In a joint statement, the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, the Palestinian Prisoner's Society, and Al-Dhameer Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association said that most detentions took place in the Bethlehem governorate. The raids were accompanied by widespread field interrogations in various parts of the West Bank, in addition to assaults by Israeli colonists that contributed to the increase in detentions in several towns. M.N. *** Israeli occupation forces demolish home of a Palestinian prisoner in Bruqeen SALFEET, November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces on Sunday demolished the home of Palestinian prisoner Mahir Zuhair Samara in the town of Bruqeen, in the central West Bank province of Salfeet. Eyewitnesses said that Israeli forces raided the town accompanied by a military bulldozer and began demolishing the two-story house, while heavily deploying soldiers in the surrounding area. The demolition is part of Israel’s long-standing policy of punitive home demolitions, a practice that has been widely condemned by Palestinian and international human rights organizations as an act of collective punishment and a grave violation of international humanitarian law. M.N *** Israeli occupation forces forcibly remove three Palestinian families in Silwan, El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces on Sunday forcibly evicted three Palestinian families from their homes in the Batn El-Hawa neighborhood of Silwan, in El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), in a move to seize their homes. The Palestinian Authority's El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate reported that Israeli police raided the neighborhood, blocked roads leading to it, and deployed heavily in preparation to implement eviction orders targeting homes belonging to El-Shuwaiki and Oada families. During the eviction, Asmahan El-Shuwaiki, the owner of one of the three homes, suffered a health deterioration and fainted as she was forcibly removed from her home, and was subsequently taken to the hospital. A'hmed El-Shuwaiki, whose home was also seized, said that the family had received an eviction order from the Israeli occupation apartheid regime valid until October 19, but their lawyer had extended the deadline to November 30. “We were surprised today when Israeli police stormed the house and emptied its contents,” he said, adding that he was physically assaulted, sustaining bruises and injuries. The governorate affirmed that such settler-backed eviction orders are being used as a tool for the forced displacement of the Palestinian population of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), allowing organizations such as Ateret Cohanim to claim ownership of land. The organization alleges that approximately five dunums and 200 square meters in the neighborhood historically belonged to Jews from Yemen since 1881. Currently, around 750 Palestinians from 87 families live in Batn al-Hawa. All face eviction orders in Israeli courts as part of a systematic Judaization plan supervised by settler organizations with direct support from the occupation government, aimed at forcibly displacing Palestinians and expanding the illegal Israeli settlements in the heart of the neighborhood. M.N. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime expels three Maqdis (Jerusalemite) families from their homes in Silwan Sunday 9-November-2025 El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime (IOAR) forcibly evicted three Palestinian families from their homes in El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) district of Silwan, south of El-Aqsa Mosque in El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), as a prelude to handing the houses over to settler groups. According to El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate, Israeli police forces stormed the Batn El-Hawa neighborhood in Silwan and sealed off roads leading to it before forcibly expelling citizens from the families of E-Shuwaiki and Oada from their homes and assaulting them. The police also removed all furniture and belongings from the houses during the eviction process. The seized homes belong to Asmahan El-Shuwaiki, her son A'hmed El-Shuwaiki, and Jum’ah Oada. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers defile El-Aqsa Mosque, in El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Sunday 9-November-2025 El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) Scores of the illegal Israeli settlers desecrated El-Aqsa Mosque in El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) on Sunday, amid tight restrictions on the entry of Muslim worshipers to the holy site. According to local sources, at least 833 settlers entered the Mosque today through its Maghariba Gate and toured its courtyards under police protection. During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers in the eastern area of the Mosque. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation police imposed movement and entry restrictions on Muslim worshipers at El-Aqsa Mosque’s entrances and gates and prevented many of them from entering the holy site. *** A Palestinian injured after the illegal Israeli settlers assault him in Masafir Yatta El-Khaleel (Hebron), November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was injured on Sunday morning after being assaulted by colonists in the village of Umm al-Khair, located in Masafir Yatta, south of El-Khaleel (Hebron), according to local sources/ Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhmara told WAFA that A'hmed Shu'ayb El-'Hathaleen was beaten by armed illegal Israeli settlers from the illegal Israeli settlement of Karmiel and the outpost of Shim’on while under the protection of Israeli occupation forces. El-'Hathaleen sustained bruises and head injuries and was transferred to Yatta Governmental Hospital for treatment, where his condition was described as moderate. The illegal Israeli settlers also attacked residents from the El-Hathaleen family who confronted them after they released their livestock near Palestinian homes in the same village. No additional injuries were reported. Masafir Yatta, a cluster of rural communities south of Hebron, has been a frequent target of attacks by Israeli colonists and military. The area has faced ongoing threats of displacement after Israel declared large parts of it a “firing zone” for military training. Residents continue to face movement restrictions, home demolitions, and repeated assaults by colonists seeking to expand nearby illegal Israeli settlements. M.N. *** Eight Palestinians injured in the illegal Israeli settlers' attacks in J’lem and the West Bank Sunday 9-November-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Eight Palestinian citizens sustained injuries on Sunday morning when extremist Jewish illegal Israeli settlers attacked them in Jerusalem and the West Bank. According to El-Baidar Human Rights Organization, seven citizens suffered different injuries when a horde of extremist settlers attacked them with stones and sticks in the Bedouin community of 'Arab El-'Ara'ra, north of El-Quds (ccupied Jerusalem). The settlers also set fire to livestock shelters, causing material damage to the structures. In the village of Umm El-Kheir, south of al-Khalil in the southern occupied West Bank, local sources told Anadolu Agency that the illegal Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian farmers while they were working their land early Sunday morning. One farmer was reportedly injured in the settler attack and transferred to Yatta Hospital. The same settlers also released their livestock to graze near the village’s homes. Other settler attacks on Palestinian citizens and property were also reported in different areas of Bethlehem province. Local sources in Bethlehem said that a group of settlers stormed El-Maniya village, blocked a dirt road, and started hurling stones at Palestinian cars. In another incident, settlers grazed their sheep on swaths of Palestinian-owned land in the Wadi Saif area of Bait Fajjar town. They also damaged several olive trees and grapevines belonging to a local farmer in the same area. Other settlers guarded by Israeli forces also attacked Palestinian olive harvesters in the town of Na'haleen, west of Bethlehem. Local sources reported that settlers and soldiers attacked several olive harvesters in the town’s Wadi Salem area. Among those assaulted were Jihad Ibraheem Najajira and his son Ibraheem, who were beaten while picking olives before being detained. The sources added that those settlers stole a collected olive crop along with harvesting tools, including tarps and ladders, from the grove. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack olive pickers and workers northwest of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers, under the protection of Israeli forces, attacked several Palestinian workers and olive pickers today in the town of Bait Duqqu, northwest of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), according to eyewitnesses. Eyewitnesses reported that colonists assaulted and beat land reclamation workers and olive pickers in the town, then vandalized agricultural machinery and seized computers in the workers’ possession. Israeli occupation forces also notified the residents of a decision prohibiting olive harvesting and land reclamation activities in the area. The illegal Israeli settlers intensify their attacks against Palestinian farmers during the olive harvest season, which is one of the main sources of income for Palestinians. They often coordinate their attacks with soldiers, who provide them with cover and protection. T.R. *** Illegal Israeli settlers establish new colonial outpost east of Anata in El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers established a new outpost today near the Abu Ghalia and El-'Ara'ra Bedouin communities east of the town of 'Anata, east of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), according to a local official. 'Hasan Mulai'hat, general supervisor of El-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, told WAFA that the construction work involves laying foundations for mobile homes and relocating construction equipment and tools, posing a direct threat to Bedouin community residents and restricting their access to their homes. He affirmed that this step is part of a systematic policy aimed at imposing control over the land to expand the colonial presence in the area. A report issued by the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission in early October indicated that, since October 7, 2023, Israeli planning authorities reviewed a total of 182 structural plans to build 23,267 colonial units on an area of 14,000 dunums. Approval was granted for 6,300 units, while 17,000 new colonial units were submitted for review. The plans focused on Jerusalem Governorate with 65 structural plans—25 outside the municipal boundaries and 65 within—followed by Salfeet and Bethlehem governorates, each with 22 structural plans. The report added that, under the protection of the Israeli army, colonists established 29 outposts: eight in Hebron, six in Ramallah, four in Bethlehem, and three in Nablus, and also paved seven roads to facilitate colonists’ movement and connect outposts to existing settlements. It noted that Israel decided to legalize 11 outposts, converting them into colonial settlements or neighborhoods linked to existing settlements, and referred nine other outposts for legalization procedures. T.R. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinians and graze sheep on Palestinian land near Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers on Sunday attacked Palestinian vehicles in the village of El-Maniya, southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), assaulted olive pickers in Nahalīn west of the city, and grazed their sheep on Palestinian lands near the town of Bait Fajjar. Palestinian security sources told WAFA that colonists stormed El-Maniya, throwing stones at Palestinian vehicles and preventing them from passing, though no injuries were reported. Meanwhile, colonists grazed their sheep on lands in Bait Fajjar after trespassing on Palestinian-owned lands, where they also uprooted and damaged several olive and grape trees belonging to a local Palestinian citizen. In a related incident, colonists, backed by Israeli occupation forces, attacked olive pickers in the town of Na'haleen. The resolutions address the city of Jerusalem, the impact of the current situation in the Gaza Strip on UNESCO-related activities, support for the continuation of UNRWA’s educational programs, and measures regarding educational and cultural institutions in the occupied Palestinian territories. The Palestinian delegation to the conference included PLO Executive Committee member and head of the Palestinian National Commission for Education, Culture and Science Ali Abu Zuhri, Secretary-General of the commission Jihad Ramadan, Palestine’s Acting Ambassador to UNESCO Hala Tawil, and Assistant Secretary-General of the commission Khulood Hantash. The Palestinian Embassy in Uzbekistan was represented by Chargé d’Affaires Bashar Al-Araj. One resolution focuses on the impact of the current situation in Gaza, calling for an urgent assistance program that includes an immediate action plan, the establishment of a dedicated voluntary contributions account under UNESCO’s financial regulations, and active monitoring to ensure UNESCO’s direct involvement in implementing necessary actions. Another resolution addresses Jerusalem, including a specific action plan to safeguard the cultural heritage of the Old City. The remaining resolutions concern UNESCO-supported educational and cultural institutions in the occupied territories and the continuation of UNRWA’s educational activities in Palestinian territories. Abu Zuhri welcomed the decisions, describing them as “a new victory for Palestinian diplomacy and a reaffirmation of the justice of our cause on the international stage.” He emphasized that the resolutions are not merely symbolic but provide legal and ethical tools to hold the occupation accountable and protect Palestinian rights to education, culture, and heritage. Abu Zuhri urged UNESCO member states and international partners to provide immediate financial and technical support to rebuild schools, resume educational activities, and offer psychological and social support to students and teachers affected by the ongoing conflict. He highlighted the severe crisis facing education and culture in Palestine due to continuous Israeli attacks and reaffirmed Palestine’s commitment to UNESCO’s mission of promoting peace through education. The resolutions also call for special attention to Gaza’s school recovery plan, higher education, programs for kindergartens and students with disabilities, and prioritization of partnerships with member states to exchange expertise. Abu Zuhri expressed gratitude to all member states supporting Palestinian rights and praised UNESCO’s collaboration with UNRWA, particularly in aligning educational curricula with UNESCO recommendations while preserving Palestinian heritage. Arab, Islamic, and friendly delegations praised the resolutions, expressing full solidarity with the Palestinian people. They stressed that this international consensus reflects a shared determination to end the occupation and enable Palestine to exercise its sovereign rights, particularly in areas central to UNESCO’s work.
